Our Journey

The company was founded due to a clearly rising UK demand for representation of some of the most luxurious overseas properties and unknown regions in the UK. We work closely with all our clients to create robust plans customized to meet their requirements – resulting in win-win business solutions. We work on behalf of our clients to promote their products and services on multiple platforms and in creative ways. The company takes pride in its association with elite luxury hotels and resorts.

Executive Director, Sanjay Mechery, founded Window to Luxury in 2012. Previously an Account Manager in the UK with India Tourism, Sanjay has been working with the UK trade and media since 2003. Sanjay’s contacts within the UK are second to none amongst tour operators, travel agents, airlines, travel trade media and the like. If you need access to research, reports or realistic strategies to help your company grow, then Sanjay is the man to speak with.

Our Services

Representation

We will act as your office in the UK with a dedicated phone line, email address and physical location for the industry to recognize your presence in the UK.

Marketing Campaigns

We will advise trade partners on any available budget and critique existing plans with trade partners to identify appropriate and effective joint marketing campaigns

Trade Shows & Events

We will attend agreed roadshows, exhibitions and seminars on your behalf

Event management

We can devise and deliver any events to suit your needs such as product launches, media breakfasts, agent training or workshops to target trade or media as appropriate

Training

We will regularly meet with tour operators and agents to train them on your product and keep you front of mind for their sales team, product managers and marketing initiatives. This can be done in person, by phone or by webinar

Trips / Visits

We can put together a top team of product managers to attend a FAM trip to improve their knowledge of your product and the surrounding area, or concentrate on working with the media in the same way to deliver quality exposure through the UK press

Public Relations

Draft a comprehensive PR plan, write and send out news / press releases to relevant media, arrange media meetings with key target journalists (on behalf of the client and with the client should they be in the UK), pitch stories to media contacts for inclusion in newspapers round-ups and general diary coverage of travel (Eg. ’50 Best Holiday Resorts for 2020?)

Digital Marketing

Writing blogs, web copy and content for the client’s digital presence. Carrying out online advertising campaigns such as Google Ads for increased website traffic and sales

Social Media

Setting up and maintaining social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
