The accommodation at the retreat includes cottages and tents spread across verdant, extensive gardens.
Eight twin/double Garden Tented Cottages include multi-layered canvas roofs, secluded open-air courtyards, a verandah and fixed bases.
The three double Poolside Cottages are located right next to the swimming pool in the lobby, near each other. These cottages are non-smoking and wheelchair accessible.
The single 3-Bedroom Suite Cottage can house up to five people.
The interiors of each room and tent are calm and earthy, taking inspiration from an “Aman” or minimalist style. Every detail of the room is chic and comfortable, with materials of the highest quality right from linen to furniture.
The rooms are air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom, an overhead fan, complimentary wifi, showers, electric kettle, safe, toiletries, wake up service and more. There is no TV in the room. The water is purified on site and is provided in all bedrooms.
Being a Yoga retreat, Shreyas hosts expert instructors who teach traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, for various courses and purposes. They also offer several breathing exercises, deep relaxation classes, visualization techniques, candle and chakra meditation and Yogic kriyas (Jala neti, Vaman dhouti).
They offer a myriad of retreat packages that are customised for the guests according to their needs and level of experience. The Anaha spa is specifically designed to be a “Retreat within a retreat” covering 16,000 square feet and offering top-notch therapies. They do prolific Panchakarma Ayurvedic therapies in four dedicated rooms. They also offer western massages, mud therapy, Thai massages, naturopathy, hydrotherapy, acupressure and acupuncture with dedicated rooms for each treatment.
Their in-house ayurvedic doctors and naturopaths provide expert guidance on any ailments. The spa also features a 2000 sq ft. Meditation and Yoga pavilion along with a range of private Yoga spaces for seekers.
Shreyas offers vegetarian gourmet cuisines including Indian, continental, Mexican and oriental. Special dietary requests are accommodated upon requests. Menus are chosen to fit within the overall wellness programs. Meals are prepared with organic ingredients taken from the retreat’s garden.

Within the resorts, guests can take lovely nature walks amongst acres of greenery and take a break from a hectic life. There are several yoga and meditation retreat packages and options that the guest can choose from – from silent retreats to weight management taught by expert instructors. Guests can also interact with instructors beyond the classroom and ask questions about the yoga philosophy. There are daily sound meditation classes based on Vedic mantras that are complimentary with the guest’s stay. Guests can relax in the large outdoor pool and heated jacuzzi. A cricket net in the vicinity allows guests to get rid of any pent up aggression through batting and bowling practice. The ingredients of the organic cuisine are taken from the retreat’s garden that guests can visit, and even partake in farming. Guests can also visit the spa to rejuvenate, and the resort is strictly no alcohol, meat or smoking.
Outside the resort, guests can visit locals schools and orphanages supported by the retreat or take excursions to Bangalore, Mysore, Belur, Halebid, Srirangapatnam, Sravanabelagola.
